{ Life lately x Hello November }

We are down to the last 2 months of 2014! Now, that’s a “Yay!” for me since I really wanted this year to end already. Things were quite surreal for the past few months and some series of events turned out differently from the way I expected them to be! But as what was written on the throw pillow from the photo above, “Today, I choose happiness.” Of course, being happy is always a choice. It’s like staying positive and looking at brighter side of life despite how troublesome things may become and despite all the angst we may have for the future. Anyhow, here are the few bullets of my life lately..

• My sister got hospitalized last week for the third time already since August because of episodes of seizures and her potassium level shoot up. Glad we had stayed in the hospital for three days only. 
• Just imagine how my parents are in the verge of getting financially broke because of my sister’s current situation being in-and-out from the hospital. BUT.. God never fail to bless us with needed resources and good harvest! Now, that is something our family is forever thankful for. We owe everything to HIM.
• Got my passport!!! But it’s too late. I should have been working in the Lion City of the Southeast Asia at this very moment if I was able to process it earlier. The agency called me few times and told me that the only lacking requirement I have is my passport and I’m off for interview and exam! I went to DFA Iloilo but the office is not catering rushed passport application (only in Manila). So I waited for one and a half month to claim it and yeah wasn’t able to make it to the deadline of the agency. That was quite a short story of how unfortunate I was! urgh. Sayang!!! Maybethat opportunity is not really meant for me and God has better plans. ☺
• So happy to be finally reconciled with my brother! We are back to normal and his bullying continues! That’s another check on my birthday wish list. Ayyyiiiieeee! ❤️
• I dunno but I’m being all hyped recently in joining online giveaways of my favorite It-bloggers. Haha! Just trying my luck and I hope I will win one of these days! Let’s pray to that! hehe
  
• And Woohoo!!! #TS1989 is finally out! I found myself so stoked to it that I was listening to all the songs all day since it was released last 27th of October! Ahhhh! I just wanted to give Taylor Swift a tight digital hug for another album well done! *proud Swiftie here ♬ ♪ ♩ ♫ ♪

And so Hello November! I’m looking forward to exciting things in store for me this month. By the way, let’s not forget to pray for the eternal rest of our beloved ones who passed away. They deserved to be remembered!

Thoughts at the moment…

Dragging my ass to make this mandatory post since it’s October 1st! I feel sorry for myself because I admit my blog entries lately were not worth reading. I always try my best to do blog posts with “quality”.. but as usual, it sucks! 

Listening to Ed Sheeran’s songs while typing this entry right now. I feel a little bit emotional and unsure of my feelings.

I’m currently spending my time taking care of my sick sister since she’s out from the hospital. Feeding her every 4 hours, giving her due medications, bed bathing, etc..It’s so tiring you know!

I’m enjoying SMART Network’s newest promo which is Free Internet to all mobile prepaid subscribers. I can now frequently update my facebook account, posts on Instagram, and tweet more often without the need of wifi or load! (Just text FREE send to 9999)

It’s a brand new month and yet I feel so unproductive and stagnant. I miss my life as a nurse. Yes, the busy life to be exact! 

I’m happy to share that I was able to overcome my bad habit of sending narcissistic GMs (group messages)! It’s been two months now since I stopped doing such annoying thing! Hurray! (To my old followers/readers, you know why.)

But here I am again, slowly drowning in the ocean of my insecurities and trust issues! SOS

I’m afraid of the unknown. I worry too much about what’s going to happen in the future.

{ My Tuesday in Squares Vol. 2 }

Hi! Today is just another yet random Tuesdays I wanted to blog about and a quick update of my life lately.

• Well I guess, Dora the Explorer is my peg for this day with my favorite backpack!
• Wearing skirt and sneakers going to the mall to buy my needed beauty essentials and to the salon as well to have my haircut and some pampering. I believe I deserved a “me time” after being so stressed out these past weeks!
• Slurp! Slurp! Slurpee for a hot weather!
• Our view from SPH room 210! Yes, my sister was admitted again in the hospital because of on and off fever. *sigh
• And since her hemoglobin is below normal, she undergo blood transfusion. There goes the blood bag hanging, the infusion pump.. and my annoying brother. Hahaha!
• So to complete my Dora the Explorer look, here’s a mandatory photo of my new haircut! Back to shorter hair now with side bangs! Yay!
